Dr. Rambabu Dandela is currently working as an Assistant Professor, Industrial and Engineering Chemistry Departement at ICT-IOC Bhubaneswar. He obtained his masters from Kakatiya University in 2004 and Ph.D.from Dr. Reddy's Institute of Life Science, University of Hyderabad Campus in 2013. 
Research interest includes organic synthesis, chemical biology, chemical proteomics, polymorphism and process research development. He has published 85 research articles, 6 patents granted, filed 1 patent.
Currently, 3 PhD students are working under him: 
B. Ravi Kumar, crystal engineering and pharmaceutical co-crystals as his research interest.
P. Mohan Reddy, multicomponent system as his research interest.
Swadhapriya Bhukta, development of novel anti-bacterial drugs as his research interest.

and 3 internship students are currently working under him:
Mahesh Kumar, organic synthesis and multicomponent reaction as his research interest.
Om Upadhyay,  crystal engineering and pharmaceutical co-crystals as his research interest.
Manisha Behara,  crystal engineering and pharmaceutical co-crystals as her research interest.
